The project involved analyzing large data sets (as large as 800,000 to 1 million records). The analysis was based on the creation of statements and pivot tables, where the object of comparison was prices on the brand's website in relation to competitors in different countries, price discrepancies in different markets.


By analyzing and visualizing consumer survey data and studying the breadth of competitors' product offerings, conclusions were drawn about adding a new product to the portfolio. Sales data were also analyzed. The analysis was aimed at drawing conclusions in such a way as to answer the strategic questions of managers who were responsible for creating strategies for brand development in foreign markets.
