During the period March-May 2022, we implemented a project for the a recognized Polish clothing brand. The company's goal was to increase the effectiveness of brand promotion in foreign markets.
What activities were included in the project?
The project consisted of analysis of large data sets (even with a size of 800,000 to 1 million records). The analysis was based on the creation of statements and pivot tables, where the object of comparison was prices on the brand's website relative to competitors in different countries, price discrepancies in different markets.
Results of counseling
By analyzing and visualizing consumer survey data and studying the breadth of competitors' product offerings, conclusions were drawn about adding a new product to the portfolio. Sales data were also analyzed.
