Description

In less than three weeks, on behalf of Cloudity, an international technology company
and an authorized Salesforce consulting partner. The company approached us because it needed the support of the ConQuest Consulting Team in preparing an analysis of the Polish subscription services market and conducting a survey on a group of companies offering their services in this model.

Activities

For the purpose of the order, we conducted a desk research analysis of the market in question, as a result of which we mapped current local and global trends in subscription services, as well as developed a scenario for a CATI survey in cooperation with the Client. The aforementioned method involves the use of software that assisted our consultant during the interview by telephone to collect the extracted information. As a result, we conducted 50 interviews
with representatives of companies offering their services in the subscription model. The final stage was to analyze the data obtained and develop a promotional report on the attractiveness of the new model to potential customers.

Results

Our work has allowed Cloudity to learn about current trends in subscription services.
As a result of the CATI survey, we provided the Principal with information on users' opinions regarding, among other things, the benefits of introducing the new model, emerging difficulties, or initial concerns. The information received in the form of a report was used to support Cloudity's marketing strategy, providing material to promote the Principal's activities among potential customers.
