Analysis of the Polish cloud services market for Sharp Poland

The ConQuest Consulting team, in the course of a 4-month cooperation, prepared a concerning report on cloud services that are used by businesses in Poland. The client was Sharp, which is one of the most important electronics and technology manufacturers in the World.

For the report, we prepared a thorough study of secondary data on trends, barriers to entry and market opportunities, which came from business databases. The most important part of the work was our CAWI (online survey) conducted on a group of 200 Polish entrepreneurs, who were selected according to the client's requirements. As part of the survey, we investigated the reasons why companies - especially medium and small enterprises - do not use cloud services, and the factors that encourage them to change their approach. In addition, price elasticity, i.e. the ways in which customers respond to increases in service fees in this sector, was examined.


The market analysis carried out translated into high efficiency in the implementation of the service, thereby saving time and optimally managing the client's resources. The conclusions of the study helped Sharp to implement the new service on the Polish market and to match its price to market conditions.
