Consulting service for Choicer

Over a period of several weeks, we completed a project for Choicer, a Krakow-based start-up launching an innovative mobile application. The company approached us because it needed the support of the ConQuest Consulting team to be able to begin the initial fundraising efforts needed to scale its business.


What activities were included in the project

The project consisted of three parts. During the first stage We recreated the graphic identity of the start-up Choicer, analyzed the market, using the TAM, SAM, SOM methodology, performed estimation and researched the competition. Numerous analyses have estimated the size and value of the market and identified competitive advantages over other market players.

The next step in creating the investor presentation was graphic processing of all key information about the problem, solution, mobile app performance, size, market value, its potential, competition, business model, user feedback and team. Our efforts in this area helped to increase the content and visual appeal of the pitchdeck, while increasing the chances of investors and analysts taking an interest in the idea.

The final part of the project was the development of a financial model - a basic tool that allows the founding team to prepare for raising external financing and a key element when investors make investment decisions. With its help, founders of the Choicer start-up, gained a more accurate picture of financial projections for the near future and was able to better assess the profitability of their own venture.


Results of consulting for Choicer

The materials we developed allowed Choicer to take the first steps toward securing financing from external parties, and thus begin scaling its business. The pitchdeck provided, as well as market and competitive analysis, enabled the founding team to gain a more thorough understanding of its macro environment, and the financial model to assess the viability of the venture.
