Pitchdeck for Choicer

Over a period of several weeks, we completed a project for Choicer, a Krakow-based start-up launching an innovative mobile application. The company approached us because it needed the support of the ConQuest Consulting team to begin the initial fundraising activities necessary to scale its business.



The project consisted of three parts. During the first stage, we recreated the graphic identity of the Choicer start-up, analyzed the market, using the TAM, SAM, SOM methodology, performed estimation and studied the competition. Numerous analyses allowed us to estimate the size and value of the market and identify competitive advantages over other market players.

The next step in creating the investor presentation was graphic processing of all key information about the problem, solution, mobile app performance, size, market value, its potential, competition, business model, user feedback and team. Our work in this area allowed us to increase the content and visual appeal of the pitchdeck, while increasing the chances of getting investors and analysts interested in the idea.

The final part of the project was the development of a financial model - a basic tool that allows the founding team to prepare for raising external financing and a key element when investors make investment decisions. With its help, the founders of the start-up Choicer, gained a more accurate picture of financial projections for the near future and could better assess the profitability of their own venture.



The materials we developed allowed Choicer to take the first steps on the road to raising financing from external parties, and thus begin scaling its business. The pitchdeck provided, as well as market and competitive analysis, enabled the founding team to gain a more thorough understanding of their macro environment, and the financial model to assess the viability of the venture.
