How is it going project?

In the case of strategic consulting, each project is different, so it is impossible to give one common scheme. Below you can see an example of how we work together on a project to build a strategy for entering a new market.

1. Once the contract is signed, you will be contacted by a specially assigned Project Manager, who will be responsible for the proper conduct of the project and coordination of cooperation.

3. The second stage will be to conduct secondary research, primary research, or a combination of both methods, where our consultants will collect key market data and conduct in-depth analysis based on it. Based on the information obtained, the project team will begin building a strategy for entering the prospective market.
4. A strategy built without the active participation of the client is useless, so during the course of the work the project team will arrange workshops and status meetings with you, and when the material is finalized, the whole thing will be presented to you during a follow-up meeting.
