Finding partners in the UK and Ireland for Polish joinery manufacturer

Polish manufacturer of joinery was looking for partners in the UK. The company was not big, so it had specific requirements concerning potential partners. In order to achieve this result we created a database of companies and contacted the selected ones. In the end client received a report containing a brief description of the recommended companies.

Finding Polish consumers of products offered by the manufacturer and supplier of machines and tools for installers

Two companies producing conveyor belts and distributing these modules in Poland wanted to find a partner who could sell their components in a form of ready-made systems. The aim of the project was to recommend our client 18 companies that meet his criteria and express their interest in cooperation. We arranged meetings with selected 10 companies. In every meeting participated two consultants of our client and one consultant of ConQuest Consulting.

Finding British customers (companies and clothing stores) for Polish men’s and women’s clothing designer

A company that organizes clothes sewing and their delivery to Polish and foreign shops was looking for business partners in Great Britain. The project goal was to arrange meetings with four companies that potentially would be interested in cooperation. Our client wanted to play a role of a multi-faceted intermediary organizing processes of sewing clothes, as well as being responsible for the delivery of the finished collection to stores. He wanted to meet companies that design collections for men and women and would like to start sewing clothes in Polish factories. The aim of the project was to arrange five meetings and prepare a report containing brief profiles of selected companies.

Finding UK customers (hotels, laundries) for Polish company offering sets of bed linen, table linen and towels

Our client wanted to act as a supplier of finished textile products to agents or direct customers in the UK market. In order to achieve this result we created a database of companies and contacted selected ones. As a result of the project our client received a report containing a brief description of the chosen enterprises. Goal of the project was to arrange four meetings and prepare a report containing brief profiles of selected companies.

Finding a strategic partner (distributor) in Poland for Swiss company in the industry of precision equipment

Swiss manufacturer of measuring devices planned his expansion into Central and Eastern Europe. He considered Polish market as the biggest and greatest opportunity. Our task was to find two distributors: one of the overall industry and second one dealing with the distribution of the measurements in the aquatic environment. We arranged meetings between representatives of our client and Polish companies operating in the industry of measuring devices.

Search and selection of partners for glass processing plant

In 2011 ConQuest Consulting was looking for business partners in the Austrian market for the company producing mirrors and glass components. The project involved preparation of database of contacts, selecting the most prospective business partners and conducting telephone interviews and meetings in Austria. In 2011-2012 ConQuest Consulting team conducted a project which aim was to find business partners in the German market for a company specializing in silicone manufacturing.
