Partners Matching Service for Jawar Sp. z o.o.
During February-March 2021, the ConQuest Consulting team carried out on behalf of Jawar Sp. z o.o. Partners Matching service in the German market. Our goal was to build comprehensive database of potential business partners and Establishing contact with them to support the company's expansion Jawa for the German market.
What activities were included in the project?
The first stage of the project involved building a database of potential contacts based on the developed target group. Next, the ConQuest Consulting team made contact by phone and email with selected entities to establish cooperation. The final stage was to hand over interested companies to place orders at Jawar. All activities were carried out according to the established schedule and fully met the client's expectations.

The accumulated contacts and established business relationships have allowed Jawar to launching expansion into the German market and Gaining perspective on the future development of the business.
