Your data will be processed for:  Fulfillment of a contract - on the basis of Article 6 (1) (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 and may also be processed for the assertion of claims under civil law and defense against such claims, if they arise.
The basis for processing your personal data is:  Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 ., Civil Code Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws 2020, item 1740)
Information on transferring data to other entities: Your data is not transferred to other entities not mentioned in the law.
Data retention period: Civil contract documentation - 5 years
You have the right to: 1. access to their data and the possibility of correcting them,

The data you have provided are: a requirement of the Civil Code Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws 2020, item 1740). Provision of personal data to the extent required by the Civil Code is mandatory. Failure to provide data will result in: failure to comply with the requirements of the Act.
