The Department of Electronics from a renowned technical university, which is the Stanislaw Staszic University of Science and Technology in Krakow, founded in 1913 -. needed our support in conducting a qualitative and quantitative survey preferences of diabetics and an innovative sugar measurement device for diabetics. Obtaining the results of the study was key to making sound business decisions.

What activities were included in the project

The project consisted of three stages. During the first, a questionnaire scenario was prepared and a quantitative survey was conducted. CAWI survey covered 179 respondents type 1 diabetes patients to determine the glycemic measurement methods used by the subjects and their feelings about the new prototype. In the next stage The project team invited 10 people from the target group to participate in individual in-depth IDI interviews, during which a prototype of the device was presented. The talks lasted an average of 1.5 hours and were aimed at accurately identifying the real and hidden feelings about the presented device and helping to improve and adapt the prototype to users' preferences. The final part of the project was Conducting an analysis of the results obtained and determining recommendations.

Results of consultancy for AGH

The final report, along with a summary outlining the next steps defining the strategy for action and preparing the appearance of the device, was delivered on time, and its results allowed the AGH to make key business decisions. The cooperation went smoothly and ended with a reference for our team.
