Partners Matching Service for BPROG Sp. z o.o.
In the period of May-July 2024, the ConQuest Consulting team, commissioned by BPROG Sp. z o.o., provided advisory services in the area of Partners Matching within the Polish market. The objective of the project was to identify new business opportunities by reaching out to appropriately selected business partners.
What activities were included in the project?
The first stage of implementation was to build a database of potential contacts located in selected regions, based on a precisely developed target group matching the characteristics of the offered solution. Subsequently, the ConQuest Consulting team began direct contact with selected entities to present the offer, establish business relationships, and conduct an initial verification of their level of interest in cooperation. At the end of the project, a list of companies showing real interest in further discussions or placing an order was handed over to the client.
