In December 2024, the ConQuest Consulting team carried out on behalf of Aquilo Polska sp. z o.o. A project to research potential customer needs and their interest in a new product for remote network monitoring.

What activities did the project include?

The scope of work included Recruiting participants for expert interviews and conducting discussions with representatives of the management boards of water and sewage and heating networks.

The project implementation also included prepare summary and presentation of the most important conclusions from the conducted interviews. The gathered materials confirmed the market demand for the planned product and were used as part of the application documentation for its nationwide market launch.

Project Results for Aquilo Polska

Consulting results provided Aquilo Polska with reliable information regarding product development directions and key requirements of future customers. They also allowed for refining the solution concept and strengthening the business argument in the application for funding.
