Mystery client service for InCor Sp. z o.o.
Between October and November 2024, the ConQuest Consulting team provided advisory services to InCor Sp. z o.o. The goal of the engagement was to conduct a mystery client study and develop recommendations for sales strategy.
What activities were included in the project?
The service implementation began with the preparation of a detailed request for quotation, which was sent to 10 competing companies. As part of the project, telephone conversations were also held with representatives of the surveyed companies to obtain additional information about their offers and sales processes.
The collected data was compiled into an Excel file, including, among other things, price, scope of services, customer service quality, cooperation terms, and an assessment of offer materials. Based on these analyses, a comparison of competitor offers with InCor's offer was made, which enabled the development of a list of recommendations to support the preparation of an effective sales strategy.
