Competitive analysis service for Bonus Systems S.A.

In January-February 2025, the ConQuest Consulting team completed an analytical project on behalf of Bonus Systems S.A., which specializes in technology solutions for the Polish market.

Our goal was to conduct a detailed competitive analysis to better understand the Polish market.

What activities were included in the project?

The service included an analysis of 15 competitors and a Mystery Client survey to gain insight into their offerings, marketing activities and sales strategy. The project began with the development of a request for proposals, which was addressed to 16 competing companies. The team also conducted telephone interviews to obtain additional information. The collected financial data, as well as information from the competitors' websites, was compiled into an Excel file and supplemented with the companies' social media profiles.

The end result was the preparation of a management summary, showing the competition of companies in the Polish market.
