Is It Worth Being an Entrepreneur? The Market for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Poland

Businesses operating in Poland generate nearly three-quarters of Poland's GDP. Microenterprises generate as much as 30.2% of Poland's GDP, so it can be concluded that the Polish economy is based on underdeveloped, one-person businesses. However, the number of SMEs is growing, and with it their revenues and the number of employees they employ. For this reason, more and more companies are looking for various types of subsidies to develop their business, including to expand into foreign markets.
