From 31.11-2.12.2017, the ConQuest Consulting team, on behalf of A.T. Kearney Sp. z o.o., carried out a project in the form of performing Desk Research involving the analysis of information on selected companies.

Activities

Desk Research included 8 companies in the energy industry, which were analyzed for 19 characteristics, including scope of operations, project execution or public tenders won. The project consisted of an in-depth analysis of the data found from various sources. The analysis carried out allowed the implementation of further stages.

Results

The ConQuest Consulting team completed the task on time and in accordance with the initial assumptions. It is worth noting the fast implementation of the commissioned project, and the cooperation went smoothly, which demonstrates a professional approach to the client.
