The ConQuest Consulting team conducted a telephone survey over a two-month period on behalf of Trefl S.A., the largest company producing and distributing puzzles, board games and toys in Poland and one of Europe's leading companies. The client approached us with a need to know the satisfaction level of its customers and business partners in order to improve its business processes.

 

What activities were included in the project?

The survey included Planning and conducting 1,000 telephone interviews with individual customers and a group of 101 contractors of the Trefl S.A. brand from Poland and Europe. The interviews were conducted in both Polish, English and German. Based on the collected responses of the respondents The project team compiled a report containing a summary of statistical data and individual comments.
