Consulting service for the Poznań Institute Foundation

The ConQuest Consulting team has completed a consulting service for the Poznan Institute Foundation, which aimed to prepare strategies for building endowment, guaranteeing a long-term and stable source of funding for the statutory goals of the Poznań Institute.

What activities were included in the project?

The first phase of the project included a study to measure the potential for the creation of an endowment by the foundation. As part of the analysis, surveys were conducted CATI and CAWI On individuals and businesses in Poznań. What's more, surveys have also been conducted FGI (Focus group interviews).

The next stage included develop an endowment strategy, based on the results of the research conducted. Recommendations for. Fundraising for endowments, opportunities for their investment and proposed marketing activities. This was followed by a workshop with the principal, during which all elements of the strategy were discussed.

All the above steps of the project contributed to the creation of a strategy that helped the Foundation begin work on the endowment.
